This is followed by a system-generated series of tasks based upon the initial questions that the merchant completes. The PCI ToolKit® provides all policies that are required for each merchant. The integrated scanning is superb.

 

Reporting has been a complex challenge that the CSRSI team has been able to meet. We have multiple ISOs that work with us and we needed to be able to have our team deal with each of them and be able to assist them. In a collaborative approach, the teams worked out a business protocol that addressed each of the issues and increased our effectiveness.

 

From an administrative view, the PCI ToolKit® has provided us with the detail necessary to track our merchants, understand which merchants represent the greatest risk, the level of compliance of our entire portfolio and has given us the ability to bore down on an MID basis to a specific question. This has been invaluable.
